  Select your preferred return option, such as a printable courier label or a digital QR code for paperless drop-off at a local collection point.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with tags still attached, ensuring the parcel is securely sealed for transit.

  Get Your Refund

  Once we receive and verify your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 working days.
